How can I download the files from this website? I’m trying to flash the firmware on my DTR550’s and I get an error when I try to download the files. Do I need a certain amount of posts here?

Hello from Tulsa, Oklahoma. We we have eight different Yamaha consoles in house: a CL5, 2 PM5Ds, 2 LS9s, and 3 01V96is. I spend most of my time on the CL5 in the large 2,300 seat concert hall.
