# Companion on windows only sees ch 1 cue on dm7

I have some triggers set up to listen for “Cue On” on input channels on a dm7. On mac i can see in the logs that it recognizes all of these no problem. I want to move some of this over to a windows installation of companion to trigger midi commands locally. I have the exact same triggers setup. i’ve triple checked them. it only recognizes the cue on for CH1. CH2 and afterwards shows no movement in the logs. Everything is enabled. don’t know what i’m missing. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Can you go to the log tab and click “export support bundle” and send that to me? You can dm it if you don’t want to post it publicly.

Can you try v3.5.10 of the RCP module and let me know if that fixes the problem?
