Just FYI, you can purchase 900mhz antenna’s for the Motorola XTS line of radios and they work perfectly on the DTR series radios. Much cheaper than the part numbers specifically for DTR.

That would make the radio not very portable, wouldn’t it?
It definitely becomes a 2 handed affair unless it is on a belt clip with a headset - better for “base station” use since you now have effectively a 5W radio:cool:
