Rivage Scene Storing

Trying to move a discussion to here from the Companion GitHub, but still figuring out this forum.

Testing on our Rivage console (with RCP 3.6.0), the Scene Recall function works, but the Scene Store does not work - for pre-existing or non-existing scenes.

On the DM7, Scene Recall worked, and Scene Store work on pre-existing scenes, but Scene Store did not work on non-existing scenes.

Running the Companion action recorder, nothing populates when I hit update, store, or recall on the Rivage.
(I did make sure other actions like moving faders, etc. did populate the Companion action recorder.)

On the logs though, this is what I got when I recalled scene 8, updated scene 8, and then stored scene 9.

I’m willing to help test things with our Rivage.

Hello and welcome!

Unfortunately, if you don’t see a message in the log for a specific control on the Rivage, there may be nothing that can done. However, the store action could also be a bug in the module. As I don’t have a Rivage to test with, it’s difficult to troubleshoot.

Is there actually a “store” action in the RCP module when you have selected the Rivage as the console type in the config? If so, with the log running fire that action with the log open and post what you get.
