Hi. The streamdeck is working great as macros for alternative input control. However I’m trying to make a patching change and I’m not sure what ‘value’ to choose when using the Slot inputs. Do you know what number it would be for Slot 1 (1-16) and Slot 2 (1-16)?

Thanks in advance!

Chris

Make the change on the console while the action recorder is recording. It will show you the command and values, unless it’s an “advanced” command. Won’t go into details but basically there’s about 30,000 commands, so in hopes of keeping the action list to a reasonable size, the more obscure (let’s say advanced) commands are separated so they don’t appear as individual commands in the action list.
Anyway, try the action recorder first, and if that doesn’t work, look at the module log while making that patch change to see the message.
Send me the logs if you need help.

Hi Andy.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I figured it out in the end with Trial and Error. Slot 1 inputs appear on values 75 upwards.

Thanks so much for the great thing you’ve made! Makes it almost feel like a Digico 🤣

Excellent. Action recorder is your friend. There’s WAY too many commands and way too many cryptic names to be able to figure them all out. 🙂
