DM7 Shure RX bug

Found a strange bug on my DM7 (V1.72), & want to make sure its not just something I’m doing wrong:
I’ve got 28 channels of ULXD’s patched in via dante with yamaha control.
If I have the encoder mode set to AG/DG and I change layers via tapping the meters (at the top of the screen), eventually my RX gain from the shures reset. This doesn’t happen if I change layers via Fader Bank keys on the right side of the screen or UDKs.
Also, when I recall my scene, RX gain is not recalled. I checked my recall safes & focus and neither are set to prevent HA recall.

I don’t have a DM7, so I can’t check this for you, but it would be good if someone else can verify this issue.
Can you reliably reproduce the issue with a factory-reset DM7 connected to a single Shure device?
Does the firmware on the Shure product matter?
Does the type of Shure product matter?
If you can replicate the issue with that scenario (or find the scenario where it’s replicateable), then you should contact Yamaha with that information so they can determine the cause.

Did a little more deep diving after I posted.
It looks like this was a known issue in v1.53 but theres no mention of it on any subsequent firmware updates, aside from an “improvement to shure rf products” in v1.60.
Apparently, its still an issue, and Yamaha’s recommendation is to not mount the rf on the console until they fix it.

Re, the recalling gain with scenes. This isn’t possible on the QL/CL consoles and Shure Axient whenever I’ve used the two together in the past.

It’s a known bug but fixed with the current firmware version. I think the timezone bug is still not fixed. Greetings

Which firmware fixed it? Our console came from the factory with 1.72 and it’s not working as expected.
