dtr620 have two computers that can not communicate, it is to be different band

I don’t have any firmware for the DTR620 specifically. I have no idea if the DTR650 firmware would work with the 620.
If they’re like the 650, there are no different “bands”, just channels.

Have you tried a factory reset?

  1. Turn the radio on
  2. Hold the Home key and press the PTT button three times
  3. Release all keys
  4. Press the Down, Up and Right Soft keys sequentially
  5. Hold the Home key and press the PTT button three times again.
  6. You should see the radio restart
