Please add the ability to initiate a call to a channel, and also the ability to add or remove endpoints from channels (including local endpoints, like 2W and 4W ports, as well as dante channels).

Latest version seems to work with both the released (4.0.83.15) and the beta (4.1.83.37) firmware.
